3. Shipping Cost

✅ We offer free standard shipping within the US on orders over $35, and to other countries on orders over $50 USD. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duties.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees charged by the destination country.
  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Address Changes & Incorrect Information

  • If you entered the wrong address at checkout, please contact us within 12 hours at support@origamiplanet.com.
  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@origamiplanet.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • If your package is marked "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, please:
    • Check with neighbors or your local post office.
    • Wait 48 hours as carriers may mark items as delivered before arrival.
  • We are not liable for stolen or misplaced packages after successful delivery.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following regions due to customs and logistics restrictions:
Restricted Countries: Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine (certain areas), and Russia.


9. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Logistics carrier delays (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL)
  • Weather disruptions, natural disasters, or pandemics
  • Holidays and peak shopping seasons

10. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unclaimed package, or customer refusal, we will notify you.
