Problems With Your Delivery?
Here’s what to do if your package is delayed, your address is incorrect, or a delivery attempt was unsuccessful.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not been delivered 30 days after shipping:
- Check your tracking information for updates.
- Contact the shipping carrier about the package status.
- Email support@origamiplanet.com with your order details.
If your order is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund based on our policy.
Incorrect Address
If you entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Failed Delivery Attempt
If the carrier cannot complete delivery, they may attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup.
Please check your tracking information or contact the carrier if you missed a delivery attempt.
