ORIGAMIPLANET creates 3D papercraft kits designed to turn flat paper pieces into decorative models you can build and display. What’s included in an ORIGAMIPLANET papercraft kit?

Most kits include pre-cut and pre-scored paper pieces, a small bottle of craft glue, illustrated instructions, and access to a step-by-step video tutorial.

Are the paper pieces pre-cut and pre-scored?

Yes. The paper pieces are pre-cut and pre-scored, so no cutting is required for most ORIGAMIPLANET kits. Simply fold along the scored lines, apply glue to the indicated tabs, and assemble the pieces step by step.

What age are ORIGAMIPLANET kits recommended for?

ORIGAMIPLANET papercraft kits are recommended for teens and adults ages 14+. They are designed as creative DIY projects and decorative models rather than children’s toys.

Do I need scissors or any special tools?

No scissors are required for most kits because the paper pieces are already pre-cut. The included craft glue is generally all you need to assemble the model. A clean, flat workspace can also make the building process easier.

How difficult are the models?

Difficulty varies by design. Some models are beginner-friendly, while larger or more detailed models require more patience and time. Please check the product page for the recommended difficulty and estimated building time.

Building & Tutorials

How long does it take to complete a model?

Building time depends on the size and complexity of the model. Many ORIGAMIPLANET kits take approximately 1–4 hours to complete, while more detailed designs may take longer.
There’s no need to finish in one sitting—you can build at your own pace.

Where can I find the instructions and video tutorial?

Illustrated instructions are included with the kit. Each products also include access to a step-by-step video tutorial, usually through a QR code in the package.

How should I use the included glue?

Apply a small amount of glue to the indicated tabs, then gently press the pieces together until they hold in place. Using too much glue may make the paper wet or take longer to dry, so a thin, even layer works best.

What should I do if I make a mistake while building?

Before applying glue, always check the position and orientation of each piece carefully.

If you notice a mistake before the glue has fully dried, gently separate and reposition the pieces. Once the glue is dry, pulling them apart may damage the paper. If that happens, please contact us with a photo and we’ll do our best to help.

What if I lose or damage a paper piece?

Please contact us and include your order information, the model name, and a photo or description of the missing or damaged piece. We’ll check the available replacement options for you.

Can beginners build ORIGAMIPLANET models?

Yes. Many of our designs are beginner-friendly. The paper pieces are pre-cut and pre-scored, and the illustrated instructions guide you through the assembly step by step. A video tutorial is also included for every model.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time varies by destination. Many supported destinations are estimated at approximately 3–15 business days after dispatch, while some economy destinations may take longer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Most orders can be tracked on 17TRACK. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch, depending on the carrier.

My country isn’t available at checkout. Can you still ship to me?

Possibly. Our standard kits include a small bottle of glue, which limits shipping options to certain destinations.
In many cases, we may still be able to ship the papercraft kit without the glue included.

Please contact us before ordering and we’ll check the available shipping options for your location.

Can I order a kit without the glue?

Yes, in many cases. If you don’t need the included glue, please contact us before placing your order. Removing the glue may allow us to ship to additional destinations and may also reduce the shipping cost.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it before the order is dispatched.

Once the parcel has entered the carrier network, address changes may no longer be possible.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return and refund policy?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please email us at support@origamiplanet.com as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable. Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement item, replacement parts, or a refund.

What if an item or part is missing from my order?

What should I do if tracking shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received my package?

Absolutely! Unlike many standard papercraft products, ORIGAMIPLANET kits come in gift-ready packaging, making them especially suitable for birthdays, holidays, and other special occasions. They’re a thoughtful gift for anyone who enjoys crafts, creative projects, design, and decorative objects.

Do you offer gift sets?

Yes. Every ORIGAMIPLANET kit is designed with gift-ready packaging, making each model a complete gift on its own. We also offer selected multi-model gift sets for an even more special gifting experience.

Can I ship an order directly to someone as a gift?

Yes. You can enter the recipient’s delivery address during checkout. Please make sure the recipient’s name, address, postal code, and phone number are accurate before placing the order.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
