📩 Didn’t receive a tracking email?
If you haven’t received your tracking information within 3 business days after placing your order, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us at support@origamiplanet.com.

2. Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery times vary by location and typically range from 7 to 30 days.
  • Customs & Delays: Some international orders may experience delays due to customs clearance or external factors.

📌 Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

3. Shipping Carriers

Depending on your shipping destination, we use the following carriers:
🌎 For International Orders: DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, YunExpress, or local postal services
🇺🇸 For U.S. Orders: USPS, FedEx, or UPS
📦 For China Warehouse Shipments: 4PX, Yanwen, or China Post

4. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not been delivered 30 days after shipping, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Check your tracking number for any updates.
2️⃣ Contact the shipping carrier to inquire about the package status.
3️⃣ Email us at support@origamiplanet.com with your order details.

If your order is confirmed lost, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund based on our policy.

5. Address Issues & Delivery Failures

📌 Incorrect Address: If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, please contact us within 24 hours to update it. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
📌 Failed Delivery Attempts: If the carrier cannot deliver the package, they may attempt redelivery or hold it for pickup. Please check with the carrier if you missed the delivery.
