ORIGAMIPLANET is the trade name of Shenzhen Laibadun Technology Co., Ltd., the business responsible for selling products and providing customer services through this website.

ORIGAMIPLANET operates in cooperation with Cherrycom Worldwide SL in payment acquiring and settlement arrangements. The responsibilities of the parties are further described in Section 7.

2. Eligibility and General Conditions

You must have the legal capacity required by applicable law to enter into a purchase contract or have any legally required parental or guardian authorization.

Tutorials and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, tutorials, assembly instructions, downloadable resources and other educational materials are made available for personal, non-commercial use.

Purchasing a physical ORIGAMIPLANET product does not transfer ownership of associated intellectual property, artwork, tutorials or branding. Your statutory rights and lawful permitted uses remain unaffected.

Occasional typographical errors, technical inaccuracies or omissions may occur. Where an error is identified, we may correct it and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

ORIGAMIPLANET offers DIY papercraft products, including three-dimensional paper models and related crafting products.

Where suitable, adult supervision should be provided for children or activities involving small parts, sharp tools, adhesives or other potentially hazardous materials.

Product availability may change. If an ordered item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund or other lawful remedy.

Statutory Product Rights

The registered address of Cherrycom Worldwide SL is not a designated product return address. Nothing in this section limits mandatory payment or consumer rights.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to destinations available through our store. Shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout or described in our published Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates may be affected by customs clearance, carrier operations, weather, public holidays, address errors and other transportation circumstances.

Where delivery is delayed, lost, damaged in transit or cannot be completed, we will provide appropriate assistance and remedies required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rules concerning delivery deadlines, transfer of risk or remedies for nondelivery.

ORIGAMIPLANET offers a voluntary 30-day return policy for eligible products, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Under our voluntary change-of-mind policy, qualifying products generally must be unused, unassembled, unfolded and returned with their original packaging and necessary components, unless otherwise agreed.

These voluntary conditions do not restrict statutory withdrawal rights or rights concerning defective or nonconforming goods.

Cancellation Requests

If you wish to cancel an order before fulfillment, contact us promptly or submit a request through your customer account. Whether cancellation is possible depends on the order status and applicable consumer rights.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

Where EU consumer law applies, eligible consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.

Where a consumer contract is subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions of another jurisdiction, including the consumer's country of habitual residence where applicable, choosing Spanish law will not deprive the consumer of protections that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
